Another Child Grows Up

As if Cole starting kindergarten and Addy turning 1 wasn't enough to make me feel old, Emily also started preschool this fall. It's just a small neighborhood preschool, but still, it's yet another child leaving the nest for at least a little while.
Here she is on her first day.
Cute clothes, cute hair, cute smile, what more does a girl need?
Hopefully she will grow into her backpack!
Her best friend is also in the preschool. Their poor teacher! It will be interesting to see if she tames them or if they tame her!
And a new friend to play with. What a great adventure preschool is!
Emily loves every minute of it. She wakes up every day asking if she gets to go to preschool today and is really bummed when she doesn't. She is excited to go and she is excited to come home and show me everything that she did that day. Hopefully that keeps up throughout her school years!
