This is what happens when you try to take on a 6-year-old! Just kidding. Cole was unknowingly playing too close to a wasp nest and the wasps decided they didn't like it. At least 6 or 7 bites later, his eye swelled closed, his ear puffed up, and his hand doubled in size. Of course, it doesn't seem to bother him or slow him down, but it sure does gross his mom out!

That is so sad! I can't imagine how traumatized he was--I've only been stung by a bee once but I know I didn't enjoy it! I hope it looks better soon.
Holy Cow!! Poor little guy. Did you give him a treat to help him feel better?
He got treats from everyone who saw him. He has probably decided that it was worth it because of all the sympathy he got!!
